The firm was built around a single conviction: the economic tools that Fortune 500 companies use to set prices, enter markets, and survive downturns are not inherently expensive. They are expensive because of how they have historically been delivered — by large teams, over long timelines, on retainer. We start with economics, then determine what to build. We do not prescribe technology or strategy until the economic problem, the decision being made, and the data available are all visible end to end.

If the business case for an engagement relies on wishful behaviour change or vague efficiency gains, the recommendation is not ready. We model the return before we propose the intervention.
